The jacuzzi in the afternoon comes with a fee!!! The sauna is almost impossible to use without a reservation. Cold soup at dinner was disappointing!!! The lift operations are needlessly confusing!!!

The Superior Double Room was spacious and cutely decorated, with a lovely balcony that offered beautiful views of the village. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom had a sewage smell, which wasn't pleasant and definitely overshadowed the otherwise cozy vibe.

Recommend it for families seeking comfort

The staff was incredibly welcoming made us feel at home right from check-in. We had a fantastic time relaxing in the outdoor heated pool after skiing with stunning views right in front of us.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.
